Service time.

We shall be offering all of our services on a full time scale basis, within the next few weeks.

End of application process for now

Hello Mac users,

we have decided to close our hiring recruitment scheme for now. In the scenery of things, to idealise and witness
a counterpart reseller is not what we do, which means we are not on a significant hiring spree.

We are a exclusive startup looking to maximise our opportunity with the right employee investment strategy.

Throughout the process to highlight, we had about 67 applications in total between us and our affiliate services.

We narrowed down to many, but now only 2 have made to the final interview stage.

We thank you again for your consideration towards applications. There is a reason why we mention we are the leading, or the best. It's because we know what exists currently in Dubai.

Although we primarily aim for consumers, a lot of applicants that applied were not too familiar with who are. The ones who did empathise, or interconnect are the ones that want to see something different with service. And that is exactly, what we endeavour to bring you; more cohesive services.

IM communications

Hello Mac users,

today's topic is about IM communications. So what is the best way to have a communication link for your Macintosh to your friends and others?

You probably use MSN, or even Meebo.

For multiple accounts, it's best to have Adium. Available at www.adium.im  Is a platform that allows
instant messaging in a friendly, yet aesthetically pleasing view.

You can capture your conversations, have Emoticons, including managing multiple accounts with ease.

Simply download, set up your accounts and your good to go.

Alternatively for this rapid keyboard users, people who send large files and really want to maximise the idea of IM communications, iChat is the way to go.

iChat is a tool that allows communication using AOL or Mobile Me. AOL you can sign up to, MobileMe is Apple's paid for service. You can find both of these on google with more information. MobileMe allows a trial for 30 days, then it expires and continues with your payment fee.

MobileMe comes with a host of benefits. However you can always sign up for a free trial.

iChat is a service that comes built in with every Mac. Consult Mac's choice of communication.

Mac support in Dubai

To Mac users in Dubai,

Recently we wrote an article about the support and service here. Today we wanted to add some more depth to engage the current scenario of what does exist, what doesn't, in Dubai for Apple products and it's service.

So as you all know, Apple is now largely dealt with by a host of resellers in Dubai. From the premium to non premium they manage, maintain and deliver the Apple product experience.

From what Consult Mac knows, there are many out there..

A potential buyer of a Mac can walk into Virgin, HMV, Jumbo electronics and think about purchasing the computer. So they approach, a sales staff and begin to ask questions.

One of two things tend to happen:

1. The sales staff  know which product is best for the consumer, they advise on the specific model as they know that model suits the candidate. Along with offering any other products or accessories. The sales staff has the company's image and brand ethos at bay.

2. The sales staff does not know which product is best, however in order to best advise, finds someone else who knows point 1, or decides to talk about certain information about Macs in ' general ' to eventually lead to an overall purchase.

By general acknowledgement: A potential buyer will always gear towards knowledge that surpasses' they're own. This creates the idea also of trust and recognition.

This is  are also in conjunction with if any technical questions were asked: customers are always looking for the ' easiest and simple solution ' with something they can manage. Technical solutions are derived upon expertise, with Mac it becomes specialist. Especially, in this region as the word Macintosh is not as common as PC.

The problem with the above ideology is: Consumers are looking for, the most ' ideal and practical solution ' .

Apple stores have the key term being used: ' to fit your needs '

Everything is about fitting, being comfortable. The decor, situational experience also in places like the above, are more for mass market based solutions: Music, DVD's and so forth..

That brings onto more specialist retailers such as iStyle or iSpot for my Qatar readers:

These stores are designed to fit the need of the Apple customers in Dubai. The front outlook
of the simple logo, along with an inviting idea, does bring in customers to the store.

They deliver some amazing products too. Apple consumers that walk in and want to buy a product,
are offered with purchase options and solutions. iSpot actually offers a good host of training, including after sales support.

The idea is, these services implement what Apple provides, in the retail stores. Apple services
are quite paramount in integrating an ' experience like no other ' - formed also
from the VP of retail having defined this outlook.

iStyle's service offers just like Jumbo, purchase solutions. You walk in to the store,
accessories on your right for example, nice little chairs on your left, you wish
for that to be complemented with ' after support '.

iStyle do not offer such direct support and maintenance, they rather give support by
mentioning third party services and locations. The brand itself provides recognition
towards a consumer base of products and accessories, the facility of post purchase solutions to a heavy extent is not in the choice of iStyle's service.

How does this feel to the user?

They want to see someone who can help them.

Smaller retailers do offer this support for your Apple product, with repair times
of a few days, a paid fee, the relevant information is supplied.

bigger orders, including consumers offers purchase and after support.
