So going through to the UAE, there are now a few places, you can go to, for Apple support. Electronic retailers in Dubai have putting a lot of emphasis on Apple support through their service centers.
Jumbo electronics has one, for example in Jebel Ali. A lot of products tend to go through the ABM system whereby if your product is faulty, it is assessed and exchanged within 7 - 14 days.
This applies for all Apple products, unless of course it can be fixed there and then. This mechanism behind support is pretty generic throughout Dubai, although the same retailers excel in providing good customer service. Each customer is treated as part helpful, part brand in Dubai retailers. Our clients tend to be specific to some stores.
Consult Mac however, has a reinvented way of how to resolve issues. We don't want our clients to wait 7 - 10 days for a repeat service. In fact, we want to resolve on the day. That's because with our expertise directly from working with Apple and training segmentation, we deliver an enhanced service to quickly isolate and find out whether it's software, or hardware, then inform whether it needs a repair.
This model was actually tried in a retail store. Whereby our client had a faulty product, she was told it would be shipped off to assess the issue. However we knew it was hardware, showed the staff and they quickly replaced it for her. We are changing the way, the retail aspect of service should be in Dubai.
