2. Provide software and hardware support for out of warranty based products. This includes price of fixture covered also for units.
3. Products include, up to a maximum of three. This would be One Mac, One iPad and one iPhone for example.
4. Support offered is telephone support and e-mail.
Fee: 230 Dirhams per month ( including shipping services )
Option 2: Training services ( common )
Training services
1. Provide support on current training modules through FAQ's, e-mail and telephone support.
2. Offer training modules in Mac OS, iTunes, iWeb, iPhoto, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MobileMe
3. Unlock your potential in file management, allocation, productivity, setting up a home network with Apple devices, editing photos with a plethora of options and much more..
3. *Unlimited modules of training provided in a month.
Fee: 799 Dirhams per month, average 1600 Dirhams ( saving of 801 )
*If service is taken up based on common four programs for training. i.e. Mac OS, iTunes, iWeb and MobileMe for personal/ business. Or four business solutions. Average cost of service 400 Dirhams per session.

Warranty services and training solution complete package.
1. Provide software and hardware support for In warranty products for three years from date of purchase.
2. Provide software and hardware support for out of warranty based products. This includes price of fixture also covered for units.
3. Support offered for unlimited amount of products.
4. Support offered within the hour, telephone and e-mail.
5. Provide support on current training modules through FAQ's, e-mail and telephone support.
6. Offer training modules in Mac OS, iTunes, iWeb, iPhoto, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MobileMe
