Hi Mac users and those wishing to switch,
as we understand the current Mac environment in Dubai, there is a plethora of options available for potential purchasers, including those who wish for after support.
So where exactly do you guys go to?
From what we heard, iStyle is the main user's frame of choice. This is because they do, provide great services for buying products. Or iDigi, or even Jumbo electronics is usually what our users tells us.
From what we know and have spoken to, with our customer is.. The buying experience tends to be usually, quite mediocre, realism portrays that after service is poor. Well a lot of people say this and only recently we find out why. We thought it was because there is no after service, there is. We realise now fully, the link
between after sales, consumer purchase, diagnostics, it's not very cohesive in Dubai.
You may walk into Mercato mall for example, seeing an iPhone stand selling cases.. Or go into an iStyle store in Mirdiff shopping centre and see exactly the same thing. however what if you had options, in other areas, support for your phone, or how to customise Apps, someone dedicated to speak to?
That's where we come in. Sure it's fantastic to buy a Mac from iStyle, because you know it's from ABM right? And they talk to Apple right? Yes. Doesn't necessarily mean, our line of products even though we don't work directly with ABM is any different. We chose not to work with ABM.
We know Apple very well, as we worked in the retail stores, helped to make it a lot of what you guys see today.
That's because we are high end, the best, providing services in Dubai that do not simply, exist. Your needs is our priority, so we make sure each machine meets that need. If it doesn't, we'll do everything we can the second time around. Were not perfect, we are new and upcoming, opening very soon.
Rest assured, you are our best clients, we look forward to focusing on your Macintosh needs.
We are booking now and we are gaining much interest, e-mail us for future bookings as soon as possible.
